Between-visit care, handled
The quiet week between visits is where patients disappear.
Kinnectic sends your patients a 20-second check-in by text — pain, exercises, blockers — and shows you who’s drifting before they stop showing up.

How it works
One patient’s week, start to finish.
Three texts to the patient, one report to you. Your front desk does nothing until Friday.

That was one patient. The same loop ran for the other 19 on your roster this week.
Check-ins patients actually answer
Patient portals get ignored; apps get deleted. A text gets answered. Each check-in covers pain, exercises, confidence, and blockers — and closes in about twenty seconds. That's why response rates hold up in week four, not just week one.

Hi Sarah, it’s Riverside PT. Quick knee check-in — 20 seconds: kinnectic.com/c/s4k2
Done — pain’s down to a 3 🙂
That’s real progress. Dr. Kim will see this before Thursday’s visit.
No app. No login. Any phone.
A drift radar for your whole roster
Three rules, checked on every reply: silent for five days, pain up two points across consecutive check-ins, or exercises skipped three times running. Anyone who trips one surfaces at the top — with the reason attached, not buried in a spreadsheet.

Fits your stack
No integration project. Nothing to install.
Check-ins travel over plain text messages and reports arrive as email — so Kinnectic works with your clinic on day one, whatever you run.
Check-ins arrive via
No app to install, no account to create. If a phone can receive a text, it can answer a check-in.
Reports & exports
The Friday report is a normal email. Raw responses export in one click whenever you want them.
Runs alongside
Kinnectic lives next to your EMR, not inside it. Scheduling, documentation, and billing don't change.
The loop
Patient trust drives retention.
Retention drives clinic income.
That loop is the entire business of a cash-pay clinic — and it breaks silently, in the days between visits. Kinnectic exists to keep it intact.
Pilot program — first clinics run free
See it on your own roster, not ours.
Fifteen minutes: the patient check-in live on your phone, the dashboard, and what a pilot would look like for your clinic.
What is Kinnectic?
Kinnectic sends short recovery check-ins to your patients between visits — by text, no app — and turns the replies into a dashboard that shows who's on track and who's drifting toward dropout.
Who is it for?
Physical therapy clinic owners, starting with cash-pay clinics, where a patient quietly abandoning their plan of care is direct lost revenue. Your patients are the users; you get the visibility.
What do patients actually receive?
A text message with a link. Tapping it opens a 20-second check-in: pain level, whether they did their exercises, how confident they feel, and anything getting in the way. No download, no account, no password.
How is this different from my EMR's HEP tool?
HEP portals are built for assigning exercises; most patients stop logging in after week one. Kinnectic is built for one thing: between-visit check-ins patients keep answering — and flagging drift early. It runs alongside your EMR, not inside it.
What counts as “drifting”?
No response for 5+ days, pain rising 2+ points across consecutive check-ins, or exercises skipped three times in a row. Those patients surface at the top of your dashboard with the reason attached.
Is it HIPAA compliant?
Pilots run on de-identified data — no PHI. BAA-ready infrastructure is the first post-pilot milestone, and we'll sign a BAA before any identified patient data touches the system.
How long does setup take?
There's nothing to install. We load your patient list, you choose the cadence (default Mon/Wed/Fri), and check-ins start the same week. Your front desk's only job is reading the Friday report.
