Kinnectic helps physical therapy clinics stay in touch with patients between visits. This page explains, in plain language, what we collect and how we handle it. We're an early-stage company; we keep this current as the product grows.

What we collect

For clinic owners and prospects: your name, email, clinic name, and anything you send us when you request access or book a call. For patient check-ins run by a clinic: the responses a patient submits (pain level, exercise adherence, confidence, and any note) and the contact number the clinic provides to reach them.

Health information & pilots

Current pilots run on de-identified, sample data — no PHI. Before any identifiable patient health information touches the system, we sign a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) with the clinic and run on HIPAA-eligible infrastructure. We do not sell personal or health information, and we never use patient messages for marketing.

How we use it

To deliver the check-in service to clinics, surface recovery signals to the clinic's own staff, respond to your inquiries, and improve the product. AI features process this data to draft messages and summaries for the clinic; a person at the clinic reviews and approves anything sent to a patient.

Service providers

We use trusted vendors to run the service (hosting, database, SMS/email delivery, and AI model providers). They process data only to provide their service to us, under their own security commitments.

Your choices

Patients can reply STOP to any text to opt out, or ask their clinic to remove them. Clinics and individuals can request access to or deletion of their data by emailing us.
