These plain-language terms cover use of the Kinnectic website and product. By using the site or service, you agree to them. We're an early-stage company and will update these as the product matures; pilot engagements are also governed by the specific agreement we sign with each clinic.

What Kinnectic is

Kinnectic provides between-visit patient check-ins and a retention dashboard for physical therapy clinics, including AI assistants that draft messages and summarize patient signals. It is a support tool for the clinic's staff — not a medical device, and not a substitute for clinical judgment.

No medical advice

AI output (flags, recommendations, draft messages) is informational and may be imperfect. A licensed clinician at the clinic reviews and approves anything before it reaches a patient and remains responsible for all care decisions. Patients with urgent symptoms should contact their provider or emergency services.

Acceptable use

Use the service only for legitimate patient-care and clinic-operations purposes, with the appropriate consent, and in compliance with applicable laws (including TCPA for messaging and HIPAA where PHI is involved). Don't misuse, probe, or disrupt the service.

Availability & changes

The product is under active development; features may change and the service is provided “as is” without warranties during this stage. To the extent permitted by law, Kinnectic is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the early-stage service.
